The Urgency of Witness: Heaven and Hell Are Real

For the Lord would say today, if you will hear my voice, if you will hear my heart, if you will spend time in my word, you will know that for this cause was the Son of God manifested that he might destroy the works of the enemy. For this cause, Jesus came to this earth. He came to this earth to convert souls. He came to this earth to lead men and women unto himself. He called his disciples, fishers of men, “I will make you fishers of men,” the Lord said.

And if you would understand that doctrine, if you would understand the truth, if you understand the reality of both heaven and hell, no one would have to try to compel you to witness and tell my story. If you really understood the great glory of heaven and you really understood the great suffering of hell, nothing, nothing, nothing, would stop you. You would be looking for opportunities. You would be eager to tell others about me. You would be eager to begin to share my gospel with others if you’ve never done that. You would be eager to tell of my goodness and tell of my truth.

No one would have to try to urge you to do it. No one would have to try to press you to do it. No one would try to have to teach you and show you the ways to do it because you would seek out ways to be able to witness my truth. You would begin to seek out hungry hearts. You begin to seek out as a good fisherman looks for fish that are biting. Yes, you would look for fish that are hungry. You would look for men and women that are hungry. You would pray that I would anoint you and use you in this way. No one would have to tell you. No one would have to encourage you. No one would have to give you any form of command or instruction, because your heart would be so stretched to tell others about me, says God.

I say unto you, if you’re not there, if that’s not in your heart, if you find yourself hardly ever witnessing your faith to anyone else, continue in my word. Continue to seek my face. Continue to learn what I said about myself and the cross that I died on. Continue to understand the importance in this hour of sharing your faith, of sharing this conversion, of sharing the truth of the cross with all those around you. Understand the goodness and the beauty of heaven and the awfulness of hell, and those things will compel you without anyone having to try to force you or urge you or convict your heart with words, says God. But rather know that these things are true, know that these places are real, and know that I call you to witness your faith to others, declares the Lord.
