“Yes, the Lord would say this morning, there is no other god before me, yet the world would introduce you to other gods in this hour. The world would try to deceive you, lead you astray, and draw you into other forces. The forces of darkness mimic me, mock me, and make fun of me, my word, and my ways. But I say unto you, I am the only one true and living God. I sent my son into this world to shed every drop of his blood so that this world might be saved through him.
I made a way where there is no way. My son set the example, and it is the instruction of my word that you follow his example. You follow his example by giving your all, by seeking me, by hearing my word, by listening to my instruction, and by doing my will. With my power and anointing, you will conceive and accomplish every bit of those things I call you to do.
Those other gods are false gods. Those other gods have some knowledge. Those other gods have some power. But those other gods are gods of darkness and not gods of light. Follow me, says God, and hear my voice. Have no other gods before me. Recognize the error of that thinking and serve me with your whole heart, says the Lord. When you do, you will find that I am the one true and only all-powerful God—meeting your every need, guiding your every step, and being with you in every situation where you call on my name, declares the Lord.”
