Reply To KSM’s Confusion: The Bible Does Not Contradict Itself.

Kwaku Sintim-Misa aka “KSM”, a popular Ghanaian author, actor, satirist, director, and talk show host in an interview with Nkonkonsa stated that the sacred book of the Christiandom which is the Bible seemed to contradict itself.
In his opinion, he stated that how can God who is all-knowing, knowing that Abraham would not kill Isaac would go on to test Abraham in sacrificing his son to Him, how can that be, is it God contradicting Himself?
KSM further added that” Those who wrote the bible wrote it from the point of view that we’re humans and so let us attribute the same human qualities to God. So, God gets angry. In the bible, you’ll find God angry. He said I have regretted that I made Saul King. God is not human. God doesn’t have the attributes of a human being to be angry.”
But in an interview with Dr. Romeo Blankson (the founder and Leader of Ideal Voice Theological Seminary) stated that the Bible does not contradict itself.
In an interview in Oyerepa morning news on Oyerepa FM 100.7, he proves with several scriptures that the bible is an ultimate manual for human beings on the earth and it does not have a revised edition.
He said and I quote “Logic and rational thinking cannot explain the bible truth”. He quoted John 6:63 and 2 Timothy 3:16-17 saying that all scriptures were of God’s inspiration and not man thus God is a perfect God, He is God and does not contradict Himself. He added 2 Peter 1:20-21 to back his reference.
He further added that the anger of God is not something new to this generation stating that anger is a corrective mechanism. He then said that “our God is a jealous God and that in the atmosphere of jealousy, anger is exhibited”. He said that the reason why God was angry with King Saul was that he disobey the very instructions of God and he was not God’s choice for Israel.
He finalized his defense by stating that humans were made in the likeness of God thus whatever man shows is in the likeness of God.
