[“Olorun Agbaye” You Are Mighty]: Nathaniel Bassey Features Chandler Moore & Oba On New Song

Renowned Nigerian gospel minister, Nathaniel Bassey shares a brand new song and video with American singer Chandler Moore of Maverick City Music and Nigerian singer Oba titled “Olorun Agbaye” (You Are Mighty). Produced by Nathaniel Bassey & Emmanuel Uzozie with technical assistance by ROTIMIkeys and mixed by John Jaszcz. Vocals backed by Jumoke Oshoboke, Jeremiah Oluwatoke, and Abigail Unwana Bassey.

“Olorun Agbaye” in Yoruba dialect, is an expression that professes God’s mighty power. The touching worship song finds Chandler Moore monumentally singing in the Nigerian “Yoruba” language.

Touching on the inspiration and decision behind the release of the song, Nathaniel expresses: “Contrary to my initial promise earlier in the month, a few days back, I thought of postponing the release of this song, OLORUN AGBAYE – YOU ARE MIGHTY. Feeling the mood wasn’t right due to lots of happenings lately But again, I thought shouldn’t this even be the best time to release it?

Shouldn’t I release Hope, Faith, and Love at a time we need them the most? The children of Israel asked why they should sing the Lord’s song in a strange land.

Well, I’ve decided that we would release sounds of heaven to a dark world groaning for the manifestation of The Sons of God.

I pray it releases such grace and glory into an atmosphere already laden with fear and anxiety in Jesus’ name.”

He continued with a warning that people shouldn’t listen to the song while driving. Especially when the song goes towards the end. It might make them high in the spirit.
