IYES Job Fair 2023: Bridging the Gap Between Graduates and Employers
In a bid to tackle unemployment among graduates, Pastor Brian Jones Amoateng organized the IYES Job Fair 2023, which received a big applause from attendees. The event, held this morning, brought together job seekers and company owners under one roof to explore employment opportunities.
The IYES Job Fair 2023 saw a turnout of enthusiastic job seekers who were thrilled by the variety of opportunities that were available to them. Many companies that had vacancies made room for attendees to submit their resumes and details for interviews.
Speaking to some of the attendees, they expressed their gratitude towards Pastor Brian Jones Amoateng for taking such a noble initiative. Many said they had been looking for employment opportunities for a while and found the job fair to be a great opportunity to explore various career paths.
Pastor Brian Jones Amoateng, the founder of the International Youth Empowerment Summit (IYES), hopes that the government will support this initiative in the coming years to help bridge the gap between graduates who are in search of jobs and company owners. The success of the IYES Job Fair 2023 shows that there is a real need for such initiatives, and with government support, it could have a bigger impact in the future.
Overall, the IYES Job Fair 2023 was a huge success and a step in the right direction towards reducing unemployment among graduates. The event served as a platform for job seekers to connect with potential employers, and we hope that more initiatives like this will be organized in the future.
